Our Story
CanonFyre Consulting was born from a simple but profound observation: in a world saturated with fleeting trends and superficial solutions, the most potent strategies are often the most timeless. We saw leaders grappling with complexity, struggling to build teams that were both effective and principled.
Instead of inventing another new methodology, we looked back. We turned to the rich intellectual heritage of the Western canon—the great works of philosophy, history, and literature that have shaped civilization. In these texts, we found a wellspring of insight into human nature, strategy, and virtue. Our practice is dedicated to translating this ancient wisdom into practical, actionable guidance for today's leaders.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Known for his engaging facilitation and thoughtful coaching, Jason has guided hundreds of leaders across government, nonprofit, and private sectors to bring structure and positive momentum to chaotic environments.
With a career that spans from frontline program manager to Executive Officer, Jason brings a rare blend of practical experience and strategic insight.
Prior to launching CanonFyre, he was a founding partner at ThinkDev and served in leadership roles at respected consulting firms and academic institutions. His work is rooted in the belief that ancient wisdom, when well applied, can solve our modern leadership challenges.
When he’s not helping organizations move forward with purpose, you’ll find him outside with his wife and two kids or training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
